Return Window

We want you to love your Exclusive Jewelers USA purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, items may be returned within 7 days from the delivery date for a refund or exchange, subject to the conditions below.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and in the same condition as received
  • Unaltered and free of any personal engraving or modifications
  • Returned in their original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

How to Start a Return

To begin a return or exchange, please email our Concierge Team at customerservice@exclusivejewelersusa.com with your order number and a brief reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions and a return authorization to ensure a smooth, secure process.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after the item inspection is complete.
  • Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

Exchanges and Ring Sizing

We understand the importance of a perfect fit. Exchanges are available, and we offer all ring sizes. If you need a different size, please contact us to arrange an exchange. For non-defective exchanges, customers are generally responsible for return shipping; we will process and ship the replacement once the original item has been received and inspected.

We encourage you to review our Ring Sizing Guide prior to purchase to help ensure the correct fit on the first try.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Custom or engraved pieces
  • Final sale items

Defective or Damaged Items

  • If your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us immediately at customerservice@exclusivejewelersusa.com with photos and your order number.
  • Defective or damaged items will be replaced at no charge.
  • We will provide prepaid return shipping for defective or damaged merchandise and will arrange expedited replacement shipping whenever possible.

Shipping Costs and Responsibilities

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is defective or damaged.
  • For non-defective returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs and for ensuring the package is tracked and insured; Exclusive Jewelers USA is not responsible for items lost in transit back to us.
