  • 30‑Day Return Window: You may return eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund, subject to the conditions below.
  • Condition of Returns: Items must be unworn, unaltered, and returned in their original packaging with all accompanying documentation and certificates. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear, modification, or missing components.
  • How to Initiate a Return: To begin a return, please email customerservice@exclusivejewelersusa.com with your order number and a brief description of the reason for return. A member of our concierge team will respond promptly with return instructions.
  • Refund Processing: Refunds are issued to the original payment method after we inspect the returned item. Please allow 5–7 business days from the date of inspection for the refund to be processed and reflected on your statement.
  • Exchanges for Sizing: We offer exchanges for sizing issues. If you require a different ring size, contact us to arrange an exchange and we will guide you through the process.
  • Non‑Returnable Items: For reasons of personalization and hygiene, custom or engraved items and final sale pieces are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Defective or Damaged Items: If an item arrives defective or damaged, we will replace it at no charge. Please contact customerservice@exclusivejewelersusa.com immediately with photos of the damage and your order number. Replacement and return shipping for defective items will be arranged and covered by Exclusive Jewelers USA.
  • Ring Sizing Guidance: We carry all ring sizes. To ensure the most accurate fit, please consult our sizing guide before purchase. If you need assistance with sizing, our specialists are available to advise.
