We endeavor to describe all products, materials, finishes, dimensions, weights, and gemstones accurately and completely. Product photographs are provided for reference and may not precisely reflect the exact color, texture, or appearance of the delivered item due to photographic and display variations.
All product descriptions, specifications, and availability on the site are subject to change without notice. If a product is misdescribed or unavailable after you place an order, we will notify you promptly and provide options, which may include canceling the order and issuing a full refund.

- Tracking & Receipt: Tracking information will be provided when available. For high-value orders, delivery may require a signature. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
- International Shipments: For shipments outside the United States, additional duties, taxes, and customs clearance procedures may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient. Exclusive Jewelers USA is not responsible for customs delays, fees, or restrictions of destination countries.
